I work right by this restaurant and have been coming here for years. It used to be great. The lady that works the register is super rude which I usually ignore but today she was even worse. For someone who supports their business you would expect better service. Last time they get money from me because her attitude with me is extremely bad. I have always been aloha minded and treat people the way I like to be treated. This is my first bad review ever. Many good places to eat dont go her .

Small place with limited seating, more like a quick bite or taco shop vs full service restaurant. But the food was good, service & staff polite. Not the best ever and certainly not the worst.

This place is AMAZING! We actually went 4x this week....and are disappointed we’re leaving and can’t go again. Best Mexican food that we’ve ever had...even in Mexico. Prices are great. Service is fast, despite long line ups.

One of the best Mexican food places I have gone to on the big island.

Yum! Our family of 4 purchased a variety of items and everything was delicious! Food is made fresh so there may be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Good sized portions.Be aware that there's very little seating here, so if you're going during a rush, plan to get it to go.Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

After spending $22.00 on beef nachos an 1 margarita I can definitely say I'm not a fan. Food has no taste. Nachos do no include tomatoes or lettuce. It was a good size portion but meh not that great. Margarita was super sour like it has lemonade in it. And he forgot my margarita after me finishing half my food I had to go back up and ask about it. I wouldn't eat here again.This place is good for basic people.

Food is pretty good, priced are a little high. Great to eat in or take out, can even grab a beer and a shot of patron.

When you walk in, you order your food immediately. Sort of like a fast food place. You pay there and you get seated. I got my food in about 12 minutes. I got the chicken chimichanga ($10.99), the chicken quesadilla ($9.50), the daily special ($10.50), and the flan ($3.99). The daily special had a deep fried crust and had nothing but chicken inside. I believe the chicken could use a lot more seasoning as it was bland. The chicken chimichanga was really tasty. It was loaded with chicken, brown rice, beans and cheese.The chicken quesadilla was good. I felt it was a bit oily. It had a good amount of chicken and cheese. The flan was incredibly tasty. 10/10 would get the flan again.

I haven't been there in 2 years, full of roaches, walls are dirty in dinning room, table's and chairs filthy. Bad lightning. The employees have no personality.... what a hole, how do they stay open.. no thanks!!! What about the food?? Yuk!!

Best Mexican food on the island, awesome service and homey atmosphere. They take cash or card and serve alcoholic beverages as long as you sit inside.

Best Mexican food on Big Island. Also the drinks are inexpensive. My kids love going there after school for a quick bite. Get the chimichangas

Sergio is an amazing individual always makes sure you have what you need and the friendliest smile ever amazing food and even some beers to go with the food overall a wonderful place to stop by an grab a bite

Good quick Mexican restaurant for sit down or take out. I like the fish tacos and the Carnitas. Great place to grub after a long Kahaluu surf session.

Food was served fast and we all enjoyed it, would work well for takeout.

Came on a whim based on the high Google review rating. The restaurant is quite small with limited seating located in a strip plaza. We ordered the fish rack salad and two hard tacos. The fish taco salad was the best out of all the option but even that was bland. The portion size is generous and price quite affordable

Got the Beef nachos ($12.99)and chicken enchiladas ($9.99) and asada enchiladas. Prices are very good, large portions, nice people. Definitely cheap eats for this area. Great for feeding our large group with leftovers. Very close to Kona Coast resort too!

This place!! The Nachos, The Fajitas and AL Pastor tacos were so freakin good!! Helps me feeling good about being out of San Antonio! Guacamole and Pico de gallo!! OMG!! I'LL Definitely be back!!

Love this place! The food is excellent!! Love the chimichangas. They are huge! Always enough for 2 meals for me. Nice workers. This place can get busy, so u might have to wait for a table. But it's worth it for sure! Fresh salsas too.

Open late, reasonably priced, better food than you would expect... Sometimes quite busy as a result! Good inexpensive margarita.

The food was not bad, however the girl working at the till was pretty rude/bad attitude. Not authentic tasting however the hot salsa was delicious.

This is my favorite place in Kona to get Mexican food. Their prices are reasonable and you get large portions. The keiki bean/cheese burrito is incredibly large and filling. They hand fry their crispy taco shells (that's the best). Margaritas are very good, and cheap!!
